Tomorrow (Monday 22 November) our lunchtime  speaker is Michelle Tanner.  Michelle is a nurse of 40 years experience having worked in intensive care in South Africa and then returned to the UK, where she ran an ICU, before returning to university to study public health.  Since emigrating to New Zealand, Michelle has worked for the Immunisation Advisory Centre at the University of Auckland in many roles.  Michelle joined Rotary Matamata in 2008 and the District 9930 Foundation Committee soon after, later becoming their District Polio Chair and District Scholars Chair.  Michelle has visited Pakistan twice on polio and grant activities. That is another talk in itself!  In 2019 Michelle read about Rotary ‘Give Every Child A Future’ (GECAF) and she approached the committee and was co-opted on and is currently the project’s Marketing Chair and Social Mobilisation Chair.  The Zoom link will be opened by 12.15pm,for a 12.30pm start:
